Closing letters can be requested via our “Contact Us” link. Our committed turnaround time is five (5) Business Days from the date of the request. The non-expedited service fee is $100 for a closing letter which includes the total dues and fees owed on the property. A 48 hour expedited service is available for an additional $150.00.

Please ensure your clients know that there is a MANDATORY Association that is Governed by Codes, Covenants, and Restrictions. See Documents. 

Mortgage Brokers: Please inform your clients that they are required to sign a PUD  Rider which obligates them to pay their HOA dues. Failure to pay HOA dues may lead to collection, lien against property, wage garnishment, or even foreclosure.

We encourage all potential buyers to review our Covenants before they purchase a home in our community to better understand what is expected of them.
